come on guys as posted previously else where time to roll out the PROPPer plan (Peoples republic of PP) ----stage one Operation TAT----aka ROOM 101.....

Round up all offending TAT be it wooden phallic bottle openers ,smutty playing cards,cheap polyester red and black flamenco dresses,seized lookey lookey contraband and then build a pyre out at sea ...the proposed platform /water park should serve the purpose !as lighter fuel use the chinese masseur cooking oil and then we could rid PP in one fell swop of at least 6 undesirable elements that offend the eye and lower the tone.

Anymore suggestions for the Pyre ?

Which channel would that be, Sparky?

Sparky only has Spanish Terrestrial......When we lost our UK TV a while ago I resorted to flipping channels and was amazed at some of the tat!!

Having said that there are some very good stuff on there, lots of English films, some dubbed into Spanish that you can usually choose English via your remote.....A saviour in those dark times!!

I have terrestrial and Satellite Canal+ both are Spanish, the risque adverts and programs can pop up on any channel, there does not appear to be a "watershed" as there have been times when i have choked on my cornflakes .

You're right about those adds sparky. Last time we were in PP I managed to record a large selection of them so that I could watch them in detail to form an opinion and Mrs Pollensafan and I agree they are very risqué, although she did ask why I had to watch them for 3 hours to form an opinion.

I wouldn't burn the Flamenco dresses! I bought two in Gran Canaria years ago and a few years later sold them on Ebay and doubled my money! Olé.

Unfortunately these unsavoury products and that's putting it mildly have been around for some time now and in our opinion there sale and display should be regulated if at all possible. Young children should not be faced with products like these!,
