Major Issues with Servers

Some of you may have noticed that both the forum and the main website was down for several hours yesterday.

Unfortunately, our hosting service suffered a severe hardware problem. As a TEMPORARY measure, and in order to get web sites back on line as quickly as possible, they have now restored the main web site www.puertopollensa.com back to where it was on March 29th and are then hoping to restore the system back to where it was yesterday (April 17th) some time later today. As this second restore will replace any changes that may have taken place today, we have decided to suspend the Advertiser Logon for Rental Adverts until the situation is resolved. However if you require an URGENT change, please contact us at Advertise@puertopollensa.com

These problems do NOT affect the data on the forum at www.forum.puertopollensa.com but has and will cause some additional downtime later today.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope to be back to normal later today.

Hopefully the nightmare is now over...

The main web site www.puertopollensa.com has now been restored back to where it was on Thursday 17th April when the server it was hosted on failed.

Rental Advertisers can logon again and update their advertisements.

Everything should now be as it was, but if you notice anything wrong, please contact us advertise@puertopollensa.com This refers to the main website Puertopollensa.com and in particular the Rental Adverts. The forum should not have been affected.

We apologise again for any inconvenience caused.
