Marriage Officiant

Hello!
We are planning to get married in Port de Pollenca this summer and are wondering if anyone has any knowledge and/or experiences on how they found an officiant to marry them? We are just hoping to have a non-denominational and very informal ceremony with our kids.
Any advice is welcomed.

I also recently discovered that Allen Graham (the founder of the wonderful Allen Graham Charity) can also hold this sort of service. I am sure that he would be easy to contact via the charity shop in Puerto Pollensa or Allen Graham Charity for Kids | Allen Graham Charity for Kids
