montelin apartments

Hi,

Has anyone stayed in these apartments? what are they like? any info/opinions appreciated!

Although I have never stayed in the Montelin apartments they are situated right opposite our apartment!

They look very nice and never appear too busy round the pool even in the height of the season.They are ideally situated in a very peaceful location but only a 10 minute stroll into town.The beautiful sandy beach is only2 minutes away... I am possibly a bit biased !!!

There are two small supermarkets,one at the Villa Concha in the next street and one on the front about 3 minutes walk away, both are good for every day essentials. The Caprabo supermarket is a 5 minute drive away if you want a 'big 'shop!

My wife and I have stayed here a few times. If you can, try for an upstairs apartment to enjoy the balcony sundowners! It's in a beautiful part of the resort, but the apartments are getting a wee bit tired. Time for a makeover.

Hi billtosh

When we were out in PP in January a couple of guys were giving the Montelin a fresh coat of paint. We used to sit holding our breath as one of them stood on the roof with a long paint roller leaning over the edge painting the sides of the building :eek Health and Safety regs are certainly a lot different to England!

I have stayed in these apartments twice with my husband, the rooms are really nice with proper beds not sofa beds like the concha opposite. Nice quiet area with all ameniities in easy walking distance, nice pool and pool area, not really suitable for kids though. We would like to stay there again but can't find who is running them these days, does anyone knowthis?:eek
