Do you know can anyone who is not a permanent resident join the `Club Pollensa` ?

Not sure if non residents can join,but also not sure how much a non resident would benefit . I think it is 80 euro's a year membership and you save a little from the price of your drinks and entrance perhaps to the events held there.
