New restaurant - sushi?

The old doctors surgery in C/Llevant (next to Ben & Jerrys) is being refurbished - opening in May and rumour has it that it going to do sushi with a 'Spanish . I cannot imagine what this will be!

There have been a couple of Sushi restaurants recently, but I don't think they lasted much more than a season.
There is even a one in Eroski!!
