Check Stay restaurant, sounds a lovely menu though it is 138euro+.

A cheaper alternative to Stay is Font del Gall in Pollensa old town. You can eat very well for Euro 55, go to the square for the fireworks, back to your table for coffee and liquors, and then they will take you back tp PP all included!
