Hi everybody
we have watched somewhat disturbing news reports over the last few days in respect to the property market within Spain and Mallorca, more so about the "expats" who are having problems selling up or even living there.
Is the housing market very bad in Port Pollensa and surrounding region and are those British people wanting to return back to the UK struggling to sell thier property? more so is it becoming harder to financially to live there?
Understanding that not all those living in Port Pollensa region and other areas of Spain will be struggling financially the overall news report did give a somewhat bleak picture of some of the problems for those living there.
As a couple who would like to live in the Port Pollensa region and have looked at all aspects of such a move, good and bad we wondered what the opinions of those on the forum living permantly in Port Pollensa region were?
