I am in Cala San Vicente and would like a quote for some work.
There are holes under the eaves surrounding the swimming pool which need re-filling with concrete, as the brick dust is falling into the pool.
Also the balcony balustrades need sanding and repainting. There may be more work to follow such as exterior and interior painting to get the villa sale ready!

Any recommendations for providers? Thanks.
