Passenger locator forms for return to UK

Hi, we returning home tomorrow, I’ve just completed the form on line and had the email confirmation and reference number, but there’s no form attached to download, has anyone else had a similar experience. We’re on a late flight and would like to avoid any delay on arrival. TIA

Hi, when we landed at Newcastle on Thursday we just had to show the email and associated number to border control person. There was no apparent checking to see that it was correct. No scanning bar code as at Palma. Maybe it's just another case of our 'world class' system?
