I was just wanting to know about people who have moved to Puerto Pollensa and are in there early to mid 20's. How they started off in PP, accomadation, work and so on. It might sound a little sad but I would like to know because I might consider it when I am older. My email address is Gav_989@hotmail.com or just add a reply to this topic. Thanks

Hi,

I am in my 40´s and moved here to live and work over 2yrs ago, accommodation depends on whether you buy or rent but there are good estate agents and lawyers to help the process. Work is much easier now because of the EC and no work permit is required but you will need a work contract from any employer to entitle you to the NHS and if seasonal work may enable you to claim dole in the winter.

There are also plenty of good books to help like ´Living and working in Spain´ by David Hampshire.
