Penthouse Siller

We had planned to be out between 5th Feb to 5th March. However last week first Monarch rescheduled their Manchester flight to 6th Feb and then having re-booked with Easy Jet from Liverpool as a replacement flight - Villaparade informed us yesterday that they no longer have the letting arrangements for the Sibaris Beachfront which we booked on a previous visit to PP in October 2010. Why accept future bookings without the contractual rights? They have offered the Penthouse Siller as a replacement though we rejected this last year because of the location. More significantly the Siller appears to have an open plan unrailed staircase and as my wife sustained a fractured shoulder/arm last year in an accident she is understandably anxious about such a facility. If anyone has any experience of the Siller your advice would be appreciated.
