Pollensa Park, changed hands again?

Hi all, just saw something online talking about the Cabot Pollensa Park. Am I right that this hotel has changed hands again? Moved from Fergus to Cabot? Also, didn't Cabot own it before? No real reason for my question just wondering. Thanks
