It often means bed and breakfast plus choice of evening meal or lunch.
However some hotels which have themed restaurants on site Chinese,Italian etc or waiter service allow you to use these restaurants if you pay extra for a limited number of days during your stay.I dont think the Pollensa Park has any of those so it is probably the first one.

Just looked at this option for a hotel in the south of the island and there it meant that a drink was included with your evening meal, and breakfast was included aswell.
