I have just come back from the Pollensa Park Hotel, and had a brilliant time. They have really improved the hotel from the last time I went which was 4 years ago, flat screen tv's in the rooms and a new wellbeing/spa, which was wonderful. The swimming pool/poolside bar was really clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds and straw umbrellas. The restaurant was not as full/manic as in previous years, and the food was at a decent standard. The bedrooms were clean and tidy, with toileteries supplied which came in very helpful at the end of the holiday! We hired a fridge for 35 euros for the week, which was great, it kept the milk (and of course the beer) cold! We thought the room that we were in was going to be really noisy as we were overlooking Palms, but come midnight it shut down, so it was quiet, they had a tribute to Rod Stewart 1 night and he was brilliant.
The only real complaint I do have is that the pavements have not improved in 4 years, and could be dangerous for someone that is a bit unsteady on their feet.
So in general, I would recommend staying at the Pollensa Park, and hopefully it won't be another 4 years before I go again.
