Yes there is a restaurant/bar called La Boca (i think it's still going, although it may be closed for the winter), i haven't been there but they say they specialize in Argentinian steaks ;).

La Boca will be open in time for Easter.

We have been visiting Es Moli for years ,predominantly at lunch times, our last visit in Oct with 7 hungry cyclists the food ,as always was superb value MDD,I doubt if you can get better value any where.
Franke was saying that trade has been very difficult over the past few years, it must be so difficult providing such decent food at those prices.:confused:

True, that's why it's gone downhill, been visiting it for years, but evryone likes different things

Just been to a super Bistro in Pollensa town called Spira. (New to us but hubby thinks it has moved from a different location?) It's near the Cloisters, very busy with the locals. Lasagna is amazing but my daughter said the pizza wasnt as good the ones at El Casinet!! Many of the tables were reserved, and that was a Tuesday night in February. We arrived at 7.30 and were seated easily.

I think it is new,the building was a night club before it changed hands. good value MDD as well.

Restaurant La Placeta/Hotel Son Sant Jordi.

Every Friday evening they have live music (Saxophone Ballads) starting at 19.30pm, also a set menu, 3 courses plus a glass of cava or licor for 13.90€ per person :D.
