Bar Lllenaire now open again and offering whole sea bass in their 9euro MDD Can Josep open again had partridge soup in the MDD posh or what? Tx Mex on the seafront appears to be getting ready(turning in to a wild west bar?)heaven help us. El ancla opening next week.Lovely sunny day today and the atmosphere building nicely

How right you are smiddy. I went in january and you could walk from the port along past the beach bar and not see a soul. It was a totally different place to what folk would know from the summer month's and i loved it. I called it "The sleeping giant".

Owners will now start coming over to begin repairs etc before the season starts. This is such a lovely time of year to be there and its really good news that places are opening early in order to attract more trade. Thanks for updates.

Los Faroles now open, Brisa Marina opening any time now. I hope smiddy is wrong and having seen the number of tour buses already daytripping from other pàrts of the island he may be. More German visitors and French around. No comment.

I was walking through the square this afternoon and Jose (Bonys) asked me to tell everyone he will be opening in the last week of March and his new catchphrase will be "Don't cry Love", he gave me a small poster which i have photographed and will upload to Flickr.

Lol! Hubby only there for 2 nights (apt still a bit cold for me for flying visits!) but as he says I expect amazing results from him, I'm sure he wouldn't mind!

... Glad to hear Llenaire is going for the full MDD as it used to be good when the father was in control... then the MDD slid away..sounds great!

My wife is just back and raved about the MDD at Can ... cut above! - however she did say that Llenaire has some works underway for the next couple of weeks...
