I just think that those in the know in Mallorca would have snapped it up for their own agendas and am surprised that that hasn't happened.

My understanding is that quiet a few parties had shown an interest in Sis Pins but the administrators wanted to sell all properties owned by the company as one not just the jewel in the crown
