I watch the webcam often, and looking to the right along the seafront, I get the impression that someone is gearing up to reopen the restaurant on the corner. any news?? i'll say this for them, they must be very brave££

I think that is 'La Maina'. We used to go there for a lunch and it was good. Handy for the beach and did takeaway too. They are perhaps gearing up for some of the hotels opening on 17th May.
Does anyone know if the 'Miramar' webcam will go back to being 'live when the hotel reopens. At the moment I am only able to open image for a still picture. I miss the live webcam.

I was thinking the camera had changed because the hotel is closed. I've just checked again and it's just a 'still from 18:03! I don't know what has changed. Other livecams I view are working fine.

Tangoman - La Maina is indeed getting ready to open.
Many bars and restaurants are already open and doing good trade.Bon Dia is open at the weekends and busy. Siurell and Swing are both open at that end and many of the places in the port are open and busy.

I guess it depends on when someone goes in and switches the computer or modem on!

The last i heard was that the Miramar website was being updated and the webcam would be offline until it was completed.

I have no problem with the Miramar webcam and it's working fine every day
Really, i haven't been able to get it for a long time

We are able to see the Mirimar Webcam. Keep a daily look as we have just booked for this August and June next year.

I feel better that you are finding it the same Sparky. I was thinking it was just me. Still strange when others have the live webcam. Hopefully it will be back to normal when they have finished updating website etc.
