Currently staying near Pollensa in a Best Villa Pollensa property (I know the rain is only passing through) but contacted BVP to check on availability for 2018 only to find that nearly all properties are facing an increase of 20% in price for 2018. My query revealed this is in part down to the falling value of the £ post-Brexit which of course is sadly what a lot of us expected. This is only just the start of course.

...but primarily down to supply and demand - North Africa market has virtually shut down, Eygpt, Turkey and Greece have all been effected by "other" issues. Spain/France/Italy are all packed because of above
