Having decided to sell our villa I emailed 5 agents yesterday and have not had one response. Perhaps the Easter break is still a holiday for some. I would have thought there would be some sense of urgency in a sales environment!

My question is does anyone have any recommendations of a good agent or person within an agency they can pass on please. I appreciate that many advertise on the main site and I will of course work my way through but a short cut with a recommendation would be useful. Thanks.

Hi Eleanor, yesterday was a public holiday here so i suppose it will take a while for them to catch up with emails. Sorry i can't offer any advice other than have you thought of advertising your villa on our main site here :- Apartments, Villas for sale in Pollensa, Mallorca Majorca, but wish you good luck with the sale .

Fully agree with SandySunshine. Veronica is great. We bought an apartment from her in Pinaret over 7 years ago and then she helped us buy a Finca near Campanet last September. We fully trust her. And a very nice lady.
