Record 10% discount

Just booked a Berlingo for two weeks from 25th August.

Quoted online 278.35 Euros
Club Points discount 27 Euros
10% PPforum discount 27.83 Euros
Total Booking price 223.42 Euros??

Full tank will be charged at the airport on top of this.

I have "Insurance4carhire" so will refuse the extra insurance.

When I emailed them for my 10% PP Forum discount they replied:

Please let us inform you, that when you are a Puerto Pollensa Member you must made your booking trough our Callcenter under reservas@recordrentacar.com or per phone. If you made your booking trough the internet we can't give you the 10 % discount.

This is the third booking with the 10% PP forum discount but the first that I have been told to email them or phone to book.

Am afraid I got the same reply last time I booked which rather negates the loyalty points scheme. So basically it's a good deal for new customers only.
