For those of you, like me, in PP who own properties that you would like to rent out but are afriad of the rental licence situation - or lack of - there is an interesting letter from John Lance, Managing Director of Holiday Homes International Ltd, London to Joana Barcelo the Tourism Minister in the letters section of the online Daily Bulletin.
