Renting Directly from Owners

Looking at Posts, old and new,it seems that quite a few people have problems when dealing with Travel Compamies.
If you read the Posts you'will know who we are talking about.
There is a wealth of good, individually owned accommodation available direct from the owners advertised on this site.
When you book direct, you are the prime consideration of the apartment/villa owner, not just a number.
We have done this successfully for over thirty years and never had a problem.
We must declare an interest in that we now own and let our apartment.
What have your experiences been?

We have always had great experiences renting directly from the owners.

No need to bother with travel agents etc when you can do everything yourself

Very nice and quiet area down a country lane, nice Villa, looks much better in real life than the photos !

The owner Juan speaks excellent English which helps !

We have already booked our next holiday at the same Villa
