Replacing a fridge

We need to replace a fridge

Has anyone any experience of this

Does anyone know of anywhere where they not only deliver the new one but take the old one away

We did this a few years ago. I think we bought from Confort & it was taken away - you may need to pay a few euros for this. I should think that Reus, Milar or any of the 'electrodometicos' will do this. We've done the same for a new washing machine.

We've replaced a fridge, washing machine and boiler with Confort. Their service is excellent, and there is no charge for removing the old one. If the item is in stock, they will deliver either the same day or the following day.

I too have used Confort for TV, oven and hob and had no problems, they delivered when they said they would, took away old equipment as well as all packaging and there was no charge.
We bought a tumble drier in Reus and the guy put it on a trolley, followed us home, put it where we wanted it and even told me how to use it as the instructions were in Spanish, again no charge.

We have used Milar and found them good,and a few other local sevices all very good.I hope we are not the only ones who have never had a bad experience off any business in PP.In the 'home' country we have always had a slight unease in having the same done, ie getting ripped off.We think that they have held on very well to some good old fashioned values,honesty,pride, courtesy etc.
Hopeing however that all is in working order when we get back out again next month.
Think I will enquire about an air conditioner and test them out!

We have used Milar many times for large white goods and found them very good. The last time was for a new washing machine last February. Not only did they take the old one away with no question, but they delivered and fitted the new machine within one hour of us going into the shop. That ought to give Currys and Comet soomething to think about!

I don't believe it !!! on Tuesday our fridge/freezer died........a trip to Confort at midday new one ordered, a phone call from them at 7.30 pm they just wanted to come and look at the stairs/doorways to make sure they were wide enough, everything ok and they say they will deliver in the morning.
Wednesday 9.30am phone rings, they will deliver in 20mins, 9.50am buzzer goes 10.20am new one in, old one out (no charge) FANTASTIC!!!

A few places here in the UK could learn a lesson or two from this service Sparky!
Fantastic. Also another good reason to buy local.

...Even checking to measure the doorways!!?? Wish the furniture people here would do that before arriving!
