Resmatias apartment

I found this apartment on the website and wondered if anybody had stayed there and could give me any info on it.
Looks like it will just be the two of us this year so we are looking for somewhere smaller but still want a pool that doesn't get too crowded and is central. This seemed ideal as it is reasonably priced and also has 2 sofa beds in case any of the kids decide they want to pop over after all.
If anyone has any other ideas that would be most welcome too.

Hi, these apartments are just beside the Hyper rent a car office which is on Calle El Cano - very central. Not stayed there but can confirm location is central.
