Daniel from Trio used to work for Jose in Bony's
Jaime who runs O Lume used to work in C'an Currasa


etc etc .... you get the idea

But now I have a question

Is the guy that runs Centric any relation to theC'an Ferra family ...... you know the "little people" ....... more than a passing likeness to the Dad

OK, follow this if you can
Manolo of Tango and Juan now of Trio but formerly of Tots are partners. They added Bony to their stable. Then they joined up with another Juan who used to own La Forteleza restaurant in the Formentor Road to open Trio (so called because there were three partners).
Then Juan sold Tots to Miguel who has it now and concentrated on Trio with wife Cathy. Daniel is one of his sons so obviously has worked at more than one of his parents' places.
The Juan from Fortaleza sold his restaurant and is more or less retired
Jose, who used to work at Ca Vostra on the sea front road when it was under its original management, and then worked at Bony, is now is manager of Bony
Don't know about family relationship between the chap who manages Centric and the Can Ferra bonsai boys, but this town does specialise in people who look like each other and are not related, and twins who look nothing like each other!

Further to my earlier posting, I forgot to add that Manolo from Tango is the brother of Vicente who used to run El Pozo cafeteria and then bought El Posito restaurant which is currently being run by his son Toni.

Rafa from Cafe L'Algar ,who was a nephew of the owner , then went to El Casinet (now it's demolished >: )

Carlos (some say he looks like Elvis) is I think the owner of Centric ..not the little guy. He splits his time between Centric and Don Corleone.

Alex went from Ca'n Costa to Ca'n Olesa.

Brothers Rafa and Miguel went from Aniaras to Coconuts and then ( now?)Bar Bonanca.

Jose who went from Tots to Tolos to Monte Negro

Jonjo went from Tots to the Il'a D'Or.

Ricardo who went from Tots to a job in a bank!!

Jackie from Tribeca to Olivers.

The young lad from Bonys now at the Il'a D'Or

Just to add to the confusion, Annika and Grace from Tribeca both worked in Cap de Canto a few years back, Lucy, the third partneer in the original Tribeca team is living in U.K. with her husband and daughter.
Annika is still living in the Port I think.

Coconuts is now a bank
Olivers is now an oap centre
and Aneka works at Inmob Port estate agency
Cafe L'Algar, Cafe 1919, O,Hara's and the Dakota tex mex are all owned by the same family. They also had the supermarket Mir which is now a Barclays
The brothers who have Bar Bonança are from a family of six brothers in the port. Juan the eldest ran Bar Añoranza which is now the Eroski SYP supermarket, Miguel and Rafa used to have Aniara which has been closed for a couple of years before taking on Bonança which incidentally used to be run by another Juan who then moved on to Hostal Bahia and then the restaurant next door to it (something de Bou), Miguel's twin brother Frank (they look nothing like each other) has a painting and decorating shop, another brother Carlos used to have the kitchenware shop which is now Nico's Grill (where Carlos's son Marcus works) and the other brother Manolo has worked at a number of places including Coconuts (a bank now remember, keep up!), not sure where he is now.

Jose from Tango used to be at Llenaire's (many years ago!)

Does anyone know where Guillem from C'an Ferrar has gone? Last we knew, he had moved to C'an Picafort with his wife.
