Where is Cellar La Parra ?
I am back but Mum and dad still there so I could pas on the recommendation , if I knew where it was
Also a few notes from last week in PP
I was there for 3 nights but Mum and Dad will be there for 27 nights and pockets not that deep , so I wanted to find them some reasonable places to get a good meal for the evenings they venture out, though I think the plan is to have good late lunches in the sunshine and stay in with beens and toast and the like in fromt of the telly in the evenings
Anyway
3 people , 3 meals ...... no more than 5oeuros total on any evening
TRIO - you all know I love TRIO, I also know it's not everyone's favourite but we like it there.
We all ate off the set menu

46 euros for the lot the lot - good atmosphere, only small area of the restaurant open but cosy and felt "full" Nice friendly service , but when you are known in a place that is always the case

45 euros for the lot - only us and 1 couple in but was quite early. we are not known here but service very welcoming ( more about that in another post )

49 euros for the lot ........... and a fantastic warm log fire for free. Good food , service ok but not as friendly as other 2, pleanty of people in so place had a good buz ...... so few places open we were on nodding terms with most of the other diners as we'd seen them out and about over the previous few days
mmmmmmmmm I think I wish I were back !
