Some wekks ago a member requested that new members post their reviews of PP. So here goes:
Stayed at Duva Aprthotel end of July 2006 for 2 weeks(2 adults & 2 children. Very clean and spacious apartment - excellent staff who were very helpful. Pool area was good although the day entertainment could of been better- basic kids club, water polo in the pool, quiz's etc. Evening entertainment was the ususal cheesy cabaret acts which kids love!! Only problem was the distance to the Post luckily we had a car. Would recommend as long as you don't mind walking or have a car

Duva Aparthotel

I stayed here for one night on my recent visit to PP.

We stayed in a premium suite which was lovely. It was at the back (nowhere near the road) facing the mountains. The balcony was enormous - settee and table and chairs. Lovely kitchen complete with big fridge freezer and dishwasher and nice clean bathroom with lots of toiletries and fluffy bathrobes. TV with English channels and DVD player. The grounds were quite sweet with a little lake with ducks and a small play area. The swimming pools were good and the bar and restaurant were fine. 9 Euros for a buffet lunch. There's also a spa and gym but I didn't have time to investigate.

It's a fab place to stay for a night of two at the start or end of your holiday if you have booked cheap flights which fall on odd days.

I've just had an e-mail from them and the price they quoted me for next year is 60 Euros per night for ordinary suites and 80 Euros for their premium suites.

Great value!

Re: Duva Aparthotel

When we were looking to buy a house we used the Duva as our accomodation while we went house hunting.
We have nothing but the highest praise for the place. Admittedly we were only using the rooms and not the facilities, but they were absolutely what we needed - large, quiet position and good facilities. It is a little out of town so a car is needed.
