We really enjoyed Es Refugi last year too. Disappointed they won't be on for our trip in August. Wonder why they've left it?
Might have to try for lunch instead.

2 more leave the Ruta.

I have just been informed that 2 more bars have left the Ruta, Il Gelato has closed down and Bellaverde were finding the work load was too much .

Bellaverde have just said on their Facebook profile that they will re-join the Ruta del Tapeo in September again but just can't manage a full restaurant as well the influx of people on the Ruta del Tapeo at the moment.

No more tapas route ... until september. We are very sorry, but we have to pause the tapas route a few weeks. We don't have enough space in our house!

Tapas Route

Hi Sparky

I looked back through this thread, and noticed that in September 2014, there were 15 bars on the route. As of today there only seems to be 9 Bars on the route.

Does this mean that you will be looking for a team of volunteers to do a "second lap"??? Put my name down!!!!!!

Some do not take part in the summer as they are so busy but return for September.

Apparently there has been an error with the list of participants, Bistro Maxim is not on the route .
