Just got back, have to agree it was our best one ever, fantastic time, great to see so many good friends again, I took hundreds of pics so will take a time to organise, but here's one of the final moment

Just uploaded a video on youtube of the bagpipe, whistle and drum band from the fires, the wife took it, she is available for weddings!

My pictures from the fires, we had a great time ended up dancing the night away at El Casinet, they had an outside bar and a DJ, fantastic atmosphere all around the port.

I have just read that the Pollensa (town) tree will be taken down this morning, it is the tradition to do this on Ash Wednesday and they will be using the wood to make the swords used in the Moors & Christians battle held on the 2nd August.
I assume that the Port tree will also be removed today...of course they will have to wait for the market to finish .
