Sausage Or Black Pudding Festival

My Brother is coming out to Puerto Pollensa at the end of September. A couple of years ago, they came accross an advert for a Sausage or Black Pudding Festival in Sant Joan, near Manacoor. It was late September or early October when they were there.
Does anyone have any information regarding dates etc.?
