Scooter registration costs HELP!

Hi,

My girlfriend and i (and dog) are hoping to move to Mallorca early next year to start a new life.
I am in the process of setting up a scooter hire company that will be based in Mallorca and I will be importing 24 scooters to start with.

One area i am having great difficulty in finding consistent information is the registration and associated costs in getting the bikes road legal. The scooters will be 125cc brand new unregistered chinese import scooters (i am aware there is the same model already in Mallorca).
I would like to know what costs i will incur after import tax etc to get them road legal.

From internet research the cost per scooter varies from 85 euros to 375 euros. Over 24 scooters that is a big difference!

I know that in the UK the registration fee is £55 and the tax is £15 and that is all you need to pay. I was hoping it would be similar in Spain!

The scooters will be under the ownership of the company which will be registered in Mallorca.

I am really stumped at the moment, and am hoping someone can help.

I can only say that I would have thought it far easier and cheaper to do a deal with a supplier on the island
