Hi,
You will find a most restaurants do fish and seafood. In PP itself I would recommend La Llonja, La Fortlesa also does some nice dishes.

Clivia in Pollensa old town also do great fish dishes. Hubby's choice was prepared at the table which impressed him!
Clivia is at the bottom of the steps in Pollensa, not far from the main square.
