Share in Sailing Yacht for Sale

Hi all

Calling all sailors. We have recently moved our boat from Sardinia to Cala D'Or. We are hoping to move her to Alcudia as soon as a berth becomes available. We are selling an owner's share.

There are three owners at the moment and we are looking for a fourth. Sharing a boat is a great way to get as much use as you probably want while paying just a quarter of the normal cost!
She's lovely to sail and very comfy for staying aboard. Imagine anchoring off those inaccessible beaches, sipping a cold beer with a fishing line dangling from your toe! Or sailing to Menorca, Ibiza, Fomentera......

Draft: 2m
Displacement: 9500kg
Engine: 85hp Yanmar diesel

Built in 1998, designed by Bruce Farr

Recently added new tender and 15hp outboard, 6-man life raft, 3 x domestic batteries. Windlass overhauled 2017, engine serviced annually, anti fouled annually.

For info, the 1/4 share price is £17,500. The annual running costs (berthing, insurance, maintenance) are shared four ways - currently around £5,000 each and therefore cheaper than, say, two weeks' chartering.
