Shuttle Direct private transfers?

Hi

We are returning to Puerto Pollensa on Monday and I am trying to book transfers in advance. I have done this before but I can't remember who we used. I think I am going to book a private transfer with Shuttle Direct as the website looks really easy to use and the price is competitive. Does anyone have any experiences with these. It looks like a big company so I am hoping it will be fine.

I have booked a few return journeys for members of my extended family this summer. Can anyone confirm where their office is in the airport? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
