Sis Pins: is the work finished yet?

We are booked into Sis Pins in a couple of weeks time for a few days. I've seen references on the Forum to the major renovations going on there, especially the new Cafe Capucchino. Is this work finished yet? We're really looking forward to a quiet break, and don't want to be staying in a hotel where there is building work all round us. And on the same theme, what do you think the chances are that the work in the Square might be completed by mid-March? We always enjoy eating out in the Square (though not sure that would be an option anyway on a March evening.....)

We haven't been to PP in the Spring before, only August and October and I am getting very excited!!

Hello Claire, i don't know about the Sis Pins/Cappucino work but would imagine it must be almost completed.
As for the square, i don't think that it will be finished in two weeks time but to be honest it will not be warm enough to sit out in the evenings anyway.
PP is very different in March compared to August or even October.

Claire, As Sparky says it would not be comfortable eating out in PP mid-March, think more of log fires in the likes of O' Lume and Naciente, a different but extremely enjoyable experiance.

Yes, I know I was being unrealistic! I've been to Palma and Soller in the Spring and enjoyed warm and sunny lunches outside - but been grateful for winter woolies and warm restaurants in the evenings.

Claire, hubby says that there are chairs and tables out on the terrace and the sunbeds are on the sunterrace. They were working on the refurb today and it is abank holiday here so obviously trying to finish.

Have followed the renovation work of Sis Pins during the past month and it has progressed very well and looks really smart
