Sunclub Apartments - building site or OK????

Hi - Great site!!
Could someone check the above apartments out. Booked through Apartmentsabroad who provide good pictures (CGI??) but no sense of where they are. One email from them said they are near Pollensa park hotel whose facilities we can use. Have stayed in Hobby Club twice and fell in love with PP. Can't find any other references to Sunclub Apartments on web. This is the first time I have booked accom & flights on web and am a bit scared. Could someone check these out and assure me that my wife won't leave me or kids disown me for booking without a travel agent!!!!:rolleyes

If am I right the sun club is near the smelly river just as you enter PP along the front, may be wrong, good walk into town.

I think Snowy actually means Club del Sol & the photos of SunClub apts look different - but so far no-ones knows them. Pollensa Park is nowhere near Club del Sol.

I think Club del Sol is just Sunclub in Spanish..well what I mean is, obviously it is that in Spanish :\ so would imagine it's the same place! If you see what I mean :eek ...I've confused myself now!!

If it's the one between Alcudia and PP you might need to hire a car if you are planning to go into the Port most days /evenings as it's too far to walk in.

Club del Sol are yellow.

The address at the bottom actually says Gommar & the guest was told they could use the Pollensa Park so I don't think it is Club del Sol.

Anyone else know?

Hi,
We went to use the pool at sunclub on monday and it was pretty good. The place is a large 4 star aparthotel just up from Can Cullerassa. It actually has two pools, one being slightly better looked after with more facilities than the other but both are good. There are lots of sports facilities also including footie and tennis and there's a small minimarket and a separate English bar (caled jule's bar i think!) near a residential area. The complex is very clean and welcoming and the view from the end of the road of the bay of Pollenca (where there is also a bus stop) is stunning. The walk would take you about 20 mins to Llenare. We will definitely go there again on our days off

Sun Club

These apartments are directly behind Hotel Panoramic/Apartments Don Miguel which is behind the Pollensa Park. They are fairly new buildings, and look nice from the outside.

Actually I've made a slight mistake. These apartments are in the next road, Cr Gavina, which is in D14 on the map Pollensa has listed. Still a nice location. A new supermarket just around the corner.

Sorry to put a damper on this but I don't think that the Sunclub apts are the same as the 'Club del Sol' which Chris describes & are along the coast towards Alcudia but appear to be the new apts described by Mallorcaboy & nearer to Pollensa Park hotel i.e. nearer to the main resort in map ref D14 as opposed to off the bottom of the map.

I am sure they are fine.
