Super car hire

On my last two visits I have hired a car from BK rentacar and have found them to be absolutely fantastic, both with price and service.
Very friendly and helpful staff which is a huge plus.

In fact on my last trip I had to return home due to a sudden death in the family. I returned the car without any notice and was given a full refund on the outstanding fortnight! This was an exceptionally kind gesture on their part and they were genuinely sympathetic.

I thought it was worth posting this as I always used to check out the P.P.
website to look for recommendations for car hire.

I haven't heard of this company but will for sure track them down.

It is so nice to hear of a company that has a good customer care reference. Do you pick up and leave at the airport of is it a company off site?

Hi Eleanor,

The company is just off the airport. However, you are not transported in the
regular 'cattle wagon' but a small mini bus. The driver loads the cases and it is all very straightforward. A number of staff are on duty and I have never experienced a queue, even in the middle of the day. There is also a drinks machine situated in the office and a small play area outside for little ones.

The owner used to run a bicycle hire company, hence the BK name.
I was just doing a search for car rentals in Mallorca when I came across them.
It is difficult to recommend them highly enough and I think I have in the past fifteen years tried an awful lot of the car hire companies.

I really can not fault them.
