Do any of the hotels/apartments allow you to use their pools if you are not staying there ?

The Flora Aparthotel will let you use the pool if you buy a drink

Not sure, but I think Villa Concha Apartments also allow you the use of the pool if you buy a drink.

Although I've never been, I understand the "White Rose" (Rosa Blanca) at the Habitat Roundabout also has a pool for the price of a drink, if you are located on the Gommar outskirts of the port.
