Went there 2 nights ago and have some things to say about it so iĺl post on my return.

In fact, got quite a lot to report on the food front so iĺl give a full run down on my return.

tango new style

Hi everyone, Just a little note on Tango, 4 of us ate there on Wednesday night, and we were all very impressed. Same menu, didn't notice a price increase,unlike a lot of others,Food was excellent, 3 starters, round of drinks,4 main courses + 3 puds, 2 bottles of wine and after dinner drinks all for 124 euros.But the best bit by far was the beautiful surroundings and what a fabulous voice the singer has, and he can sing anything.
Will be back again very soon.

Went to the new Tango last week and agree that the prices do seem very reasonable.
The menu doesn't seem to have altered but the food is still as reliable as ever. I'm vegetarian and always enjoy the Seitan stirfry.
The new surroundings are quite impressive. No singer on the night we went.
I have a question though..
What happened to Yolande and Miguel from old Tango ???

Hi everyone, I'm hoping you will be able to help me.

I'm wanting to check that Tango is open on a Tuesday and if there will be music on. I think it was Thursday when they used to close.

It's my son's 18th birthday on 7 July and he wants to continue with the family tradition of a birthday meal at Tango! He's always had a great time as all the staff really make a fuss of him and I enjoy it as he willingly suffers a few dances with his old mum!

I think he's probably had more birthdays in Tango than at home. Only booked last night as I thought he would want to be at home with his friends!

Can't wait to get there.

Hi,yes Tango is open on Tuesday's. They do have a singer but he is not there every night and sorry can't be sure about Tuesday.

Thanks sparky I've passed your birthday wishes on to him - we're all getting very excited now.

We didn't make it last year and from reading the forum it seems as though there have been quite a few changes.

I've been coming quite regularly since 1977 so I've seen quite a few changes over the years - most of them for the best.
