Have just purchased the latest "Marco Polo" book on Mallorca, published March of this year. I was interested to read that locals and tourists alike can obtain a Green Card ( Tarjeta Verde) which is valid for 15 days, costs 10 euros giving discounts of between 5 and 50 per cent admission to museums( Free)bus and train lines, sports facilities , restaurants, hotel and car rental. Apparently it can be purchased from any post office.
I knew that one or two package companies lnclude a Discount card, but had not heard of this.
Have any of the forum members used this????

As an update to my previous thread, apparently this green card has been available since 2004????. As mentioned before, have anyone used this???
