Taska madeira opening night

Hi everyone, sorry, Its ages since I have been on here due to work committments.
Anyhow, any members who are over in Pollensa this week are invited to the opening night of a new bar which will be run by Juan, my partner from Galicia, with some hindrance from me. The bar is located in Pollensa town, Cecilio Metelo 38 and is in the location of the ex Bar Pedro which was very popular for many years with ex pats. (more recently called La Taberna).
WEDNESDAY 17TH OCTOBER FROM 1800HRS.
Once running our idea is to offer some different wines in glasses, cups and also individual porrons, Estrella Galicia on tap as well as bottled beer and refreshments and of course coffees and english tea (mugs available). Tapas and light snacks to start and maybe progressing to menus in the near future.
Spanish football , darts team (players needed) and other events planned.
A very warm welcome with clean and comfortable surroundings will always be gauranteed. Hope to see you Wednesday. JAN

I cant find Cecilio Metelo on google maps, could it be Carrer de Cecili Metel on google maps, which is the road with the Repsol petrol station and Renault car garage ?

(It would be worth adding a google maps placemarker to make finding this easy if you know how to add it.)

Yes Mark that is the correct street and if they advertise on the main website they will be added to our location map .

Hi Lynn,
Our opening hours will be from 0730hrs to close (about midnight). Closed Mondays.
Hope to see you in there soon. We have completed the Google places details but they take a while. It was previously listed as La Taberna but yes its the main wide road into Pollensa, before you get to the cross roads which leads along to Clivia.
