Re the Taste of Spain promotions in the UK that swg mentions above - these are well worth a visit if you can get to them.
Coincidentally visited Manchester for shopping and found the Taste of Spain event on couple of years ago.
Top class, with horse riding demos, face painting, giant clowns, range of styles of music and a complete range of types of food to try out.
The next best thing to being in Mallorca, without the hassle of flying there. It would just 'put you on' till your next visit to the real thing.

Would liked to have gone to the London one but am in PP at the time. Will just have to taste lots of dishes and wine there!!
