Well, thanks everyone. I always look forward to PP but after just reading some of the posts relating to muggings, break-ins, drunken louts, prices up by 25%, building work and lack of the usual laid-back atmosphere and the port being generally quiter I'm not so sure now.
Will some please assure me that PP is still as lovely and as relaxing as ever. Please!
Only 20 days and we'll be there.

Oh please don't be put off. The bad things are few and far between. The good things still make it a wonderful, safe place to holiday, you will still have a great time, i am sure.

It's just that we've been going there for the last 6 or 7 years, and reading all the positive PP posts, and you couldn't find a quieter, more relaxed resort anywhere. I just love it. But people have mentioned having a laptop stolen in broad daylight, a couple of breakins at various apartments etc.
I suppose it's to be expected occassionally and to be fair there is very little crime there or trouble of any kind generally.
Anyway, I've had my little moan but I just know I'm going to enjoy every single minute of being in PP. So what am I moaning about! It must be pre-PP nerves.
