Halfway through and must admit it is growing on us, in a kitsch way, the acting and plots are poor, but the locations and views are fantastic, and it is getting us in the mood for a January, and anyway I loved Elderado

What do you mean its not realistic. Just watched episode 2. Its starts with a group of cyclist going uphill spread across the full width of the carriageway. You can't get more true to life than that!

Its similar but much smaller than Pollenca. I've been to some pretty big gigs in Pollenca.

I still think it is the Cloisters I’ve been to events there as well and it looks identical to me

Pollença is much larger, doesn't have the ornate ballustrades or so many windows on the first floor, but it does have cypress trees inside at each corner and it also has a fairly substantial waist high wall running around the arches.

I cannot believe this has been awarded a series 2! Must admit I did watch a few episodes just for the scenery but there's so much that's annoying about it - in particular the hair of the female detective which looks like it's made out of yellow nylon - most strange.

Ah that's not nice about her hair. Its the acting that needs improving .

Walked past Stay today and there seemed to be a lot going on. On further inspection, there was a film crew there. Possibly The Mallorca Files?
Very exciting if so, even if the programme is awful

They were filming the Mallorca Files yesterday afternoon outside La Llonja!

I am devastated that I did not get to see this and we were there! I loved watching it - stories are dire but love the scenery
