Hola bon fin de semana and it looks like it is going to be a good one, we have a clear blue sky and glorious sunshine with a light variable breeze. The forecast is good for the week ahead.:D
Pressure is 1018.
Temperature is 21c in the shade and 22.7c in the sun.
UV index 7.

Hi guys and girls it is a beautiful morning again here on the island of dreams, with a very light S breeze. The forecast is still looking good for the week.:D

Pressure is 1013.
Temperature is 20.3c in the shade and 22.3c in the sun.
The UV index is 6.
The sun rises at 7.29am and sets at 8.12pm.

Absolutely Favie, wee bit older than you but what a singer , nobody could believe that she wasn't a " black singer " at the time ( well, when she stopped the folky stuff with the Springfields )

Good morning everyone we have a dry, bright and breezy start to the day with some fine high cloud about and the forecast for the week is looking good ;).
The pressure is 1017.
The temperature is 20c.
The UV index is 3 and rising.
 
Bon dia amigos, we have blue skies, wall to wall sunshine and it is quite calm although i am sure the wind will pick up as it usually does. The forecast is fantastic and temperatures are set to rise :D.
The pressure is 1023.
The temperature is 18.9c in the shade and 20.1c in the sun.
The UV index is n/a

According to my forecast be touching 80 degrees in old money by the weekend, yipee , and then cooling next week to the low 70's.

Almost all my trips to P.P. have been end of May / beginning of June.
I always looked for the forecast for a couple of weeks before the hol.
The magic figure was always 21 degrees C. (70 degrees F.)
Seems that we are reaching that figure earlier and earlier these days.
Could be another very hot summer (reason I don't do July / August),
although I realise it totally suits others.
Have you noticed a difference with rising temperatures in the few years
you have resided in P.P. Sparky? And how do you cope in mid-summer when
I know - from experience - it can occasionally get over 40 degrees C (104 F)?
 
Hi Pescador this winter has been much drier than my first two but it has also been colder. My first summer in 2009 was a real learning curve, i had never experienced heat like it but it is also the humidity that is a problem. The secret is to stay out of the sun, drink litres of water and to eat light, little and often. Oh and also have a nice siesta in the afternoon :cool:;).
