Well it has all gone downhill guys, it's now dark, raining steadily and the temperature has dropped to 8.9c .

Buenas dias, it is a pretty miserable morning here with rain and a cold NE breeze. I hope it clears up for "La Rua" at 4.30pm this afternoon .
The pressure is 1017 hPa.
The temperature is 9.1c.
The UV index is 0-1, very low.

I have no idea SWS but my crazy hubby had a paddle last week and said it wasn't too bad, however we have had a lot of rain since then which would have brought the temperature down . Rather them than me .

Just had a quick search, looks around 14c which is cold by anyones standards, I think they will need a stiff drink afterwards

Not very scientific Mr. Sparkles dipping his toes in and saying it's not too bad,the one who wears sandalls all year round without socks I may add, go on Lyn stick your do dah in, at least 10 metres, out and give us a proper reading. lol

I can remember at school being made to jump into an outdoor pool when the temperature was 58F They knew how to toughen you up in those days!! And no stiff drink afterwards

BL, as often happens here at lunchtime the wind has picked up so there is a little nip in the air . Hopefully the Breast Cancer Awareness swimmers are safely back on dry land and getting warmed up.

P.S Have just seen a photo of the ladies on Facebook and there were a few very brave girlies who went topless.
