We have just had another very intense storm, it not only knocked the power out but also tripped my main fuse.

Bon dia amigos, was woken at 5.20am by another thunderstorm which rumbled on until about 7am. This morning it is quite calm but very overcast, more storms are forecast for today but then from tomorrow it's looking good .

Smiddy, there is no water shortage here, we recorded nearly 3 inches in 18 hours up to 7am today. It has been a good test for the new drainage system in and around the square though .

LOL!!! yep that first clap of thunder could have woken the dead .
I must have a few vinos tonight, just in case we have another storm.
It is getting brighter now so lets hope we have seen the last of it for the summer.

I happened to look at the webcam last night during one of them..phew, the whole sky lit up with the lightening as if it was day! Thank goodness I couldn't hear the thunder!! Do hope it's the last of them for awhile....Sparky did mention that there would be a price to pay for all the extremely good weather very early on in the year...think she was right.
