Slow moving Low Pressure area presently to the east of the Balearics (moving eastwards) along with the High Pressure area west of Portugal will probably ensure continuing northerly winds for the rest of the week. The 'med' will still be relatively cool at this time of year thus ensuring lower temperatures. Cannot be sure of predicted rainfall for PP but any rain up in the Tramuntana can only be good in respect of the reservoir water levels.
At least the weather has been reasonably decent throughout the winter period and it will be drier, warmer and less windy soon.

Weather in PP

At the beginning of last week the weather was freezing! Almost as cold as the UK, made worse by the high winds. However, by Wednesday, the sun was out and things improved a lot, at least in the daytime. After another bad day on Thursday, normal service was resumed and weather was back on track for March until we returned to the UK on Sunday. Looking forward to it being even better in April when we return.

We came last Easter for 12 days and only had rain on the day we left The jet stream look positive for next weekend which will send the bad weather back up to Blighty. We arrive on Easter Monda this year again for 12 days. I remember walking on the front in Alcudia and one of the pharmacia signs said 30.5degrees at 10.30am!!! Fingers crossed for the same this year
